About this item
- Why This Cable Costs More - Unlike low-cost alternatives, this cable uses 100% pure bare stranded copper conductors (not CCA) for stable conductivity and long-term reliability. 500ft spool weighs approx. 64 lbs, and 1000ft spool weighs approx. 123 lbs, reflecting true copper content and material density. Jacket is made with premium RoHS-compliant PVC, ensuring durability, flexibility, and safety compliance.
- Built for Access Control & Security Systems - Designed for professional security installations including door locks, keypads, intercom systems, alarm panels, CCTV, magnetic locks, and other low-voltage control applications. One cable solution for multiple security wiring needs.
- Cmp Rated Only Where It Matters - This cable is CMP/CL3P/FT6 rated for use in plenum air spaces and suspended ceilings, while also suitable for riser and general in-wall installations, making it ideal for commercial building code compliance projects.
- Stable Signal & Professional Performance - Engineered for low-voltage security systems requiring consistent signal transmission. Reduces signal loss and ensures reliable performance for access control, intercom, and surveillance applications over long distances.
- Easy Installation with Color-coded Design - The round cable design facilitates streamlined installation, while color-coded conductors enable fast identification, easier termination, and reduced installation time for contractors and electricians. Gray (18/4C) for Lock Power, Orange (22/3PR OAS) for Card Reader, White (22/2C) for Door Contact, and Blue (22/4C) for Request to Exit.
