Product Overview
The Acclope BT90 PRO 2-360Ah Battery Tester with Cloud Printing is a Battery Testers product. It features 【cloud print reports: 1‑scan, shareable proof】 ·specs: on‑screen qr →.
Key Features
- 【Cloud Print reports: 1‑scan, shareable proof】 ·Specs: On‑screen QR → cloud report; includes SOH/SOC/Volt/Res + Cranking/Charging results; note plate/order ID. ·Function: One scan to view/save/print; link persists for traceability. ·Pain solved: No more photoing screens or paper slips; easy to show customers and fleets objective, time‑stamped evidence to approve work.
- 【Ambient temperature fused with algorithms】 ·Specs: Real‑time ambient temp feed displayed and embedded in reports. ·Function: Temperature informs CCA/IR logic to correct cold/hot bias. ·Pain solved: Winter under‑reads and summer over‑reads cause misdiagnosis (“good battery” called “bad”). BT90 PRO normalizes results for truer cold‑start assessments and fewer warranty disputes.
- 【4-metric diagnosis: SOH, SOC, Voltage, Resistance】 ·Specs: SOH for degradation, SOC for charge level, V for terminal status, IR for sulfation/aging trend. ·Function: Cohesive decision—Good/Recharge/Replace with metrics. ·Pain solved: Single‑number testers miss context. This 4‑axis view pinpoints if the fix is charging, load, or replacement—reducing unnecessary swaps and no‑start callbacks.
- 【Start/charge loop test with ripple insight】 ·Specs: Cranking voltage drop capture; alternator output at idle/load; ripple/diode/regulator window. ·Function: One flow, one report for starting and charging systems. ·Pain solved: “Battery fine but keeps dying.” Quickly separate bad alternator/diode/ground from weak battery; cut diagnostic time and parts darts.
- 【Quick Analysis with trend signals】 ·Specs: “Good/Recharge/Replace” in seconds; retains raw values and trends. ·Function: Front‑desk clarity + technician depth in one pass. ·Pain solved: Slow, expert‑only tools bottleneck bays. BT90 PRO speeds triage for service lanes and roadside, while preserving data for expert confirmation—fewer handoffs and re-tests.
- 【Wide electrical range: 6V/12V/24V; 2–360Ah; 30–3800 CCA】 ·Specs: Covers small moto 12V to heavy‑duty 24V dual packs; supports SAE/EN/IEC/CA/MCA standards. ·Function: One device for passenger cars, motorcycles, light/heavy trucks, RVs, marine. ·Pain solved: Multiple testers and training are costly. Standardize workflow and reporting across mixed fleets and regions with a single tool.
- 【Chemistry‑aware engine: Flooded/AGM/EFB/GEL/Lithium】 ·Specs: Algorithms tuned for lead‑acid families and lithium (often LiFePO4). ·Function: Applies chemistry‑specific IR/voltage behavior to decisions. ·Pain solved: Generic testers misread AGM/EFB or lithium, leading to false “bad” calls. BT90 PRO reduces misdiagnosis on start‑stop and retrofit lithium packs—protecting margins and trust.
- 【Vehicle modes + secure clamps, cleaner signals】 ·Specs: Car/Motorcycle/Truck modes; thickened clamp contacts; reverse‑polarity and polarity alerts. ·Function: Guided hookup and stable signal capture. ·Pain solved: Contact wobble and mis‑clamps cause jumping values and repeats. BT90 PRO stabilizes inputs, improving first‑time‑fix rate and cutting retest labor.
- 【Data lifecycle: history, notes, side‑by‑side retests】 ·Specs: Time/temperature/ID notes saved per test; shareable links. ·Function: Fast retrieval for seasonal checks and periodic maintenance. ·Pain solved: Paper logs and phone photos don’t compare well. BT90 PRO enables apples‑to‑apples retests, supports fleet PM schedules, and gives transparent records to lower comebacks.
- 【Built for shops: rugged, readable, upgradable】 ·Specs: Rugged housing; daylight‑readable screen; large keys; firmware upgradable. ·Function: Performs in oily bays and outdoor calls; evolves with updates. ·Pain solved: Fragile, dim tools slow teams and date quickly. BT90 PRO endures tough use and keeps algorithms/language packs current—protecting investment and standardizing results over time.
