- Before Purchase Considerations 1. These fobs are not the iClass format and will NOT work with iClass card readers. 2. These fobs have a site code of 100. If you are already using a different site code, you will need to check with your access control system supplier to confirm that your system will accept multiple site codes. 3. 1. The access control system you are using including the version of software that you are running. 2. The make and model of card reader you are using. We will respond back and tell you if our fobs will work with your system or not. If they will, we will try and provide steps to help you get your fobs working.

Return policy
30-day returns.
If it's not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Drumford will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
